Lisa L. McHatton, Director
Lisa is the Director of the New England Trade Adjustment Assistance Center, Inc. (NETAAC). She joined NETAAC in 1987 as the Administrative Coordinator after obtaining her degree in business administration. She was promoted to Financial Officer in 1994 and to Director in 2006. Lisa has an extensive background in accounting and finance, and over 20 years of experience in assisting manufacturers affected by foreign competition.

Kerri L. Powers, Client Development Manager
Kerri is the Client Development Manager of the New England Trade Adjustment Assistance Center, Inc. (NETAAC). She joined NETAAC in 2006 as the Financial Coordinator and was promoted to Client Development Manager in 2008. Kerri has held managerial and leadership positions for over 14 years including owning and operating her own restaurant and catering business. She has a degree in liberal arts and in human development.
