Lisa L. McHatton, Director

Lisa is the Director of the New England Trade Adjustment Assistance Center, Inc. (NETAAC).  She joined NETAAC in 1987 as the Administrative Coordinator after obtaining her degree in business administration.  She was promoted to Financial Officer in 1994 and to Director in 2006.  Lisa has an extensive background in accounting and finance, and over 20 years of experience in assisting manufacturers affected by foreign competition.

Kerri L. Powers, Client Development Manager

Kerri is a Client Development Manager at the New England Trade Adjustment Assistance Center, Inc. (NETAAC).  She joined NETAAC in 2006 as the Financial Coordinator and was promoted to Client Development Manager in 2008.  Kerri has held managerial and leadership positions for over 14 years including owning and operating her own restaurant and catering business.  She has a degree in liberal arts and in human development.

Becky Dearborn, Financial/Administrative Assistant

Becky Dearborn is the Financial/Administrative Assistant at New England Trade Adjustment Assistance Center, Inc. (NETAAC). She joined the NETAAC team in 2009. Becky brings several years of financial experience including work with government contracts, tax negotiation and personal/business income tax preparation. Becky holds a degree in business science and is an enthusiastic team player, looking forward to a rewarding career with NETAAC.

Joseph A. Thomas, Business Recovery Specialist

Joe is a Business Recovery Specialist for the New England Trade Adjustment Assistance Center, Inc. (NETAAC).  He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has many years experience in manufacturing advising companies on operational, product development, business development and strategic planning issues.  Joe has helped build success in a vast range of companies.  He also has expertise in assisting companies with major restructuring and cost reduction initiatives.
